Philippines coast-guard ship ATTACKED Taiwan fishing boat on May 9, 2013

The attacked fishing boat is called "Kuang Ta Hsing No. 28" (廣大興28號), andthe dead 65-year-old fisherman is Hung Shih-cheng (洪石成). Here are the schematic diagrams released by Ministry of Justice of Taiwan.
