武陵四秀 2004 --- 乍見四月雪！

Wuling Quadruple Mountains －
The most dramatic mountaineering I have experienced!

Tragic Day 1 --- 武陵農場 －＞ 桃山瀑布 －＞ 品田山屋

It rained cats and dogs since the early morning.
That kind of situation didn’t scare away us.
According to the weather forecast, we believed tomorrow will be a sunny day…
Everybody was burdened up the mountains and thoroughly soaked.
Suddenly I saw snow dust dropping in my hand!
Once I stopped, I shivered from the cold. All I could do was going up and up…

Amazing Day 2 --- 品田山屋 －＞ 品田山 －＞ 品田山屋 －＞ 池有山 －＞ 桃山山屋

We believed tomorrow would be a sunny day,
but never expected such sunny and bright day!
Snow piles spread everywhere around Mt. Pintien.
Blue sky, white snow, green mountains…
Excited I was to see April snow!
And see Mt. Snow and Sharp Mt. Daba covered with snow.




“Together forever! ” I shouted from the top of Mt. Cheryio.
Just wanted to seize the moment…

Peaceful Day 3 --- 桃山山屋－＞ 桃山 －＞ 喀拉業山 －＞ 桃山 －＞ 桃山山屋

We went up Mt. Tao under the stars.
Here came the sunrise and gave us one more great sunshiny day.
Snow was melted. Spring wind blew on my face.


Releasing Day 4 --- 桃山山屋－＞ 武陵農場

Going down the steep trails made my knees ach.
I felt released when I finished the journey.
Will I go to Wuling Quadruple Mountains again in the future?
Everything happened once in a blue moon.
I was satisfied with it.
Nothing I should ask for more…
